NEHC Summer 5s is a new fast, fun and social hockey program commencing Sunday 25 October 2026 and running for 8 weeks at North East Hockey Club, Golden Grove.

Hockey5s is played on a smaller 40m x 24m pitch surrounded by rebound boards, which keep the ball in play and create a fast-moving game with more touches and plenty of involvement for everyone.

The program includes options for juniors, experienced players, complete beginners and people looking for a slower-paced social version of hockey. You do not need to nominate a full team — register as an individual and we can help place you into a suitable team.

Coaching and direction will be available, and sticks and equipment can be provided for anyone new to hockey.

Location: North East Hockey Club – next to the Golden Grove Park n Ride
Parking: Plenty of free parking at the Golden Grove Park n Ride
