North East Hockey Club aims to provide a competitive, enjoyable atmosphere where seniors players can develop their skills in teams ranging from Premier League to Masters.

Premier League Men:

The Premier League Men (PLM) have been final contenders for the last six years and won three premierships in three of them. Coached by Kym Strawbridge, the men are working hard to win their fourth.
They train Tuesday 7-8pm and Thursday 8-9pm.


Premier League Women:

The Premier League Women (PLW) are a competitive team vying for the finals every year.

With a strong group of girls including 2014 Hockey SA Player of the Year Kendra Selvenderan and 2016 Hockey SA Player of the Year Holly Evans, they aim to play a flowing, team oriented game.
The PLW train Tuesday 8-9pm and Thursday 7-8pm and are coached by Ashley Thompson and Holly Evans


NEHC Metro Teams

Last year' grand finalists, the Metro 1 Men are up and about to make it one better. With new coach on board, John Arthur, they are training hard on Tuesday 7-8pm and Thursday 8-9pm.

NEHC enter teams is all Metro competitions from M1 to M5 for the women and M1 to M6 for the men.

We cater for all standards, with the lower grades a great place to start your hockey career.
Look out for the come and try / registration days in February.
